With a successful food truck and location in Delphi, Mitchell's Mexican Grill expanded and established roots in Lafayette with their first full sit-down restaurant off Creasy Lane. Inspired by the Tex-Mex restaurants of the Southwest, Mitchell’s Mex brings it’s own twist on Mexican food to the Midwest.
