Transforming a downtown landscape doesn’t happen often.  But sitting prominently on the east side of the Courthouse square in Frankfort, Indiana, at 60,000 square feet over, the four-story Nickel Plate Flats breathes new life into the Architecture and economy of Frankfort.  The development offers a mix of studio apartments, one-bed one-bath units, two-bed two-bath units, and two executive suites.  Taking its name from the former Nickel Plate Railroad that once served the area, Nickel Plate Flats proudly reflects early 20th century urban design with its street-facing facades and its central courtyard.
